You may or may not know this about me, (although it should be pretty obvious if you’ve seen my Disney Princess Half posts), I. Friggin. Love. Disney! I have already started vaguely planning my next trip to Disney World (November 2017 for Wine n Dine Half Marathon, woo!) but have still had pretty bad Disney Fever recently. I just love all things Disney and find that when there are more Disney things involved in my day, my days are better! Simple as that! So when I stumbled upon Mickey Monthly, I KNEW I had to give it a try! It is basically simply a subscription box that sends you Disney goodies once a month. As a subscription box lover, and a Disney lover, it sounded like perfection!
They actually offer several tiers — the original Mickey Monthly, the Theme Park edition, and a Pin edition. You can customize the age group, as well as the gender of items (if you want), and if you want souvenirs, snacks, or both; and even how many items you want.
While I like pretty much everything Disney related, I loved the idea of the Theme Park edition, because it contains items that were purchased directly from the theme parks. This kind of made me feel like it was bringing me some of the magic of my future vacation sooner rather than later! So I opted for the lowest tier of the Theme Park edition for my first month. Obviously, since the items are physically purchased in the park, this box is a little pricier than the regular box; it was $29.99 + shipping.
